The Right Kind of Family
In episode 1 of The Right Kind of Family, reporters Claudia Torrisi, Elsa Cabria, Francesca Berardi and Lili Rutai are in Madrid, in the Spanish Senate. They follow the works of the "VI Transatlantic Summit for Freedom and the Culture of Life", a closed session “in defence of life and the natural family.”
The meeting serves also as the sixth international gathering of the Political Network for Values, a network established in 2014 in a room at the UN headquarters, in New York.
The reporters follow the debates and key note speeches of the participants, uncovering the international reach of this network as well as its rhetoric and political ambitions.
Far from being a EU-focused network, the Political Network for Values has strong US- and Latin Amrican-connections. However, one specific European country appears to play a leading role.

Cuatro periodistas de Hungría, Italia y España se encuentran en Madrid. Lili Rutai, Francesca Berardi, Claudia Torrisi y Elsa Cabria van a hacer un viaje por Europa para entender cómo la ultraderecha ha puesto el cuerpo de la mujer en el epicentro de una batalla cultural y política. En su primer encuentro, asisten a una cumbre internacional de ultraderecha. El evento, que se organiza desde hace una década, se celebra por primera vez en el Senado español. El leit motiv es la cultura de la vida, lo que se traduce como una cumbre antiabortista. Una red es la que coordina la actividad y tiene fuertes vínculos con Estados Unidos y América Latina. Sin embargo, un país europeo en concreto parece desempeñar un papel destacado. Las cuatro reporteras tienen un objetivo: entender quiénes están detrás de todo esto.

In Folge 1 von „Die rechte Familie“ sind die Reporterinnen Claudia Torrisi, Elsa Cabria, Francesca Berardi und Lili Rutai in Madrid, im spanischen Senat. Sie verfolgen die Arbeit des „VI. Transatlantischen Gipfels für Freiheit und Lebenskultur“, einer geschlossenen Sitzung „zur Verteidigung des Lebens und der natürlichen Familie“.
Das Treffen ist auch das sechste internationale Treffen des Political Network for Values, einem Netzwerk, das 2014 in einem Raum im UN-Hauptquartier in New York gegründet wurde.
Die Reporterinnen verfolgen die Debatten und Grundsatzreden der Teilnehmer und decken die internationale Reichweite dieses Netzwerks sowie seine Rhetorik und politischen Ambitionen auf.
Das Political Network for Values ist kein EU-zentriertes Netzwerk, sondern hat starke Verbindungen zu den USA und Lateinamerika. Ein europäisches Land scheint dabei eine führende Rolle zu spielen.

W pierwszym odcinku serialu "Właściwy model rodziny" reporterki Claudia Torrisi, Elsa Cabria, Francesca Berardi i Lili Rutai przebywają w Madrycie, w hiszpańskim Senacie. Śledzą obrady „VI Transatlantyckiego Szczytu na rzecz Wolności i Kultury Życia”, zamkniętej sesji poświęconej „obronie życia i naturalnej rodziny”.
Spotkanie to jest również szóstym międzynarodowym zgromadzeniem Political Network for Values, sieci utworzonej w 2014 r. w sali w siedzibie ONZ w Nowym Jorku.
Reporterki śledzą debaty i przemówienia uczestników, odkrywając międzynarodowy zasięg tej sieci, a także jej retorykę i ambicje polityczne.
Sieć Political Network for Values nie jest skupiona wyłącznie na UE, ale ma silne powiązania ze Stanami Zjednoczonymi i Ameryką Łacińską. Jednak wydaje się, że wiodącą rolę odgrywa jedno konkretne państwo europejskie.
